Terms and Conditions
1. Initial Estimate
All initial estimates are based on a visual inspection of the works to be carried out and include all items that can be reasonably foreseen at the time of inspection. Any unforeseen issues, hidden damage, or additional works identified during the project may incur extra costs. Where possible, such costs will be discussed and agreed upon prior to proceeding.
2. Quotations
Once a formal quotation has been submitted and agreed upon, and the project has been sent for production or scheduling, no amendments can be made.
Please ensure all details — including specifications, measurements, and materials — are carefully checked and confirmed before approval.
3. Unforeseen Damage
While every effort is made to carry out work with care and precision, we cannot accept liability for any unexpected or pre-existing damage discovered or caused in the surrounding area during or after installation or replacement, particularly where the condition of materials cannot be assessed prior to commencement.
4. Quotation Validity
All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Written confirmation (by email or signed acceptance) is required to proceed with any works quoted.
5. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order and secure materials or production time.
The remaining 50% balance is due immediately upon completion of the agreed works, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Payment details and methods will be provided on the invoice.
6. Drawings and Illustrations
Any drawings, diagrams, or visual representations provided are for illustration purposes only.
Please note that certain details, such as lock positioning, hinge placement, or component spacing, may vary depending on the size, design, or specification of the product.
7. Marketing and Photography
Images of completed fittings or installations may be used by the company for marketing and promotional purposes, including on websites, brochures, and social media platforms.
If you prefer not to have photographs of your property or installation used, please inform us in writing prior to completion.
8. GDPR & Data Protection
By requesting a quotation or placing an order, you consent to JTM Window Services & Repairs securely storing your personal details for contractual and administrative purposes only.
Your data will not be used for marketing or shared with third parties, except where required to fulfil your order or comply with legal obligations.
