About Us

JTM Window Services was born in 2023 from both inspiration and family support. My biggest influence was my grandfather, who was a successful businessman for over 40 years. He taught me the value of hard work, honesty, and the importance of offering real solutions. His lessons in integrity and dedication shaped who I am today and continue to guide the way I run my company. 

I’ve also been fortunate to have the support of other strong family members who share these values. My Mum has been my rock from day one, handling the behind-the-scenes administration, and demonstrating endless patience as I became established. My Uncle Colin has been my creative force, dedicating evenings and weekends to building the marketing and design that gave this business its identity. And beyond that, friends and family members have stepped in with recommendations, hands-on help, and encouragement whenever it was needed. 

For me, this business isn’t just about windows and doors, it’s about people. It’s about supporting homeowners and businesses with honest advice, affordable solutions, and a service they can trust. It’s also about recognising that small businesses grow when communities and families pull together.
